Small Town Texas
2024-Current
Small Town Texas is a set of two solo-exhibitions created for The Lancaster Arts Center in Grapevine, Texas in years 2024 and 2025. This is an ongoing project to document a small, but emerging Texas town. Erin is proud to have this work represented by RTown Art Gallery in Grapevine, Texas and prints can be purchased in-person or online. See more here.
Adoption Stories
2010-2024
Years before her family adopted, Erin began photographing a large collection of adoptive families, both in their homes and at courthouse finalizations. As an adoptee herself, she felt a strong calling to document these moments. You can see more photos from Adoption Stories here.
Touching Ireland
2007
In 2007, Erin traveled with her parents to Ireland to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. They began at a small manor in central Ireland, traversed to the west to stay at a castle in the hills of Sligo and finally concluded their visit in Dublin. This work was curated in a solo-exhibit at the Irish Cultural and Heritage Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. See more here.
Women of Strength
2007
In 2007, while writing her dissertation on the topic of resiliency in women, Erin was asked by Marquette University to do a photography project with women who exemplified resilience. This project highlighted 5 women and concluded with a lecture at the University.
